Estimate Confirmation
This is an initial estimate. We will contact you to finalize your appointment details. Hourly Rate: We charge $65 per person per hour with a minimum of 4 hours required. We typically work in teams of two, but occasionally, you may have a single technician.

Supplies & Equipment
We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise requested by you. Your satisfaction is our priority, so please don’t hesitate to let us know if you prefer specific products. We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Additional Services
Pricing does not include extras (e.g., basements, inside fridge, etc.). We do not hand wash dishes.

​Deposit Policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking 

Rescheduling
To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost. Refund Policy: No monetary refunds are provided. Final Inspection: All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises.
