A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking Rescheduling To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost. Refund Policy: No monetary refunds are provided. Final Inspection: All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. |
